Did Peter Milligan Forget The Difference Between Red And Yellow?

What’s going on here? I’m not really sure what is going on in this scene from Red Lanterns #14, is this just just a play on words, or maybe Peter Milligan just confused The Sinestro Corps with the Red Lanterns? In either case, is this supposed to make sense? Go ahead and read through this scene and ask yourself if Bleez knows what she is talking about.

Maybe Bleez is having a minor flashback to when she was held prisoner by the Sinestro Corps and was made into their plaything? For whatever reason, the line “I thought to be a Red Lantern was to invoke fear” just doesn’t work. So I’m ready for reasons why Bleez could be saying this, anyone out there have any ideas of “why?” that they’d like to toss in the old comic bin?
