CEO Dreamland Does Smash Bros Tourneys in a Big Way This Weekend

CEO Gaming has grown to become one of the largest fighting game tournaments in the world. So much, in fact, they have spawned spin-off events focused on specific communities that come to their events. If you have been to the flagship CEO tournament that takes place in June, you’ve seen a massive amount of turnout for their Super Smash Bros tournaments.

With that support, Alex Jebailey, head of CEO Gaming, announced last year that there would be a Smash-focused CEO event and that event will be taking place for three days this weekend at the Wyndham Orlando Resort on International Drive.

CEO Dreamland will feature tournaments for Super Smash Bros. (N64), Super Smash Bros Melee (GC), Super Smash Bros Brawl (Wii), and Super Smash Bros for WiiU. There will also be Smash-style game tournaments for PC games Brawlhalla and Guardians of Aether.

In addition to tournaments, there will be casual play and an artist alley. Oh, and a Yoshi-inspired easter egg hunt on Sunday. Oh, and you can PREVIEW Nintendo Switch games Arms (Friday) and Splatoon 2 (Saturday). If you’ve been following CEO on social media, there will also be some Smash/Kirby inspired decour at the event that is looking pretty good.

If you have not pre-registered,  spectator passes are available on-site for $15 a day or $30 for the weekend. You can read all about CEO Dreamland here.
