The Best of Orlando Nerd Music This Saturday at Orlando Overdrive!

Orlando has a tremendous community of nerdy music, whether it be nerdcore hip hop, geek rock, anime raps, chiptune, video game covers and remixes, and anything in-between. It’s  fun music way different from what you hear on the radio, and if you’re reading Florida Geek Scene, it’s definitely up your alley. To celebrate all that, Ongaku Overdrive presents the second-annual Orlando Overdrive, featuring the best of Orlando nerd music, as voted by the fans.

Taking place Saturday, April 22nd at The Geek Easy, Orlando Overdrive will have performances from Marc with a C, Boy Without Batteries, Sci-Fried, EyeQ, Shammers, Under Polaris, Ben Briggs, Geekapella, and Jackson Parodi. It’s a wide range of talent and no two acts performing at this will be the same.

Doors for Orlando Overdrive open at 4:00pm. Advance tickets are $10 and $15 at the door. The Geek Easy is located at 114 S. Semoran Blvd. Winter Park, FL 32792, across the street from Full Sail University, inside A Comic Shop.
