Tampa Comic Con Flawless Victory

If you missed the Tampa Comic Con a couple weeks ago, you really missed one the best people watching opportunities. There is no where else, unless you are on Hollywood Blvd, you will see The Ghost Busters having lunch with Batman, Marty McFly hugging Darth Vader, or Rick Grimes giving a Zombie dinner suggestions. This is where the geek world intertwines medias and genres. There is something for everyone, every age and every kind.
I missed the panels on Saturday and instead had a more personal geek Sunday. I overheard heated video game conversations, saw action figure collections, viewed amazing artwork, and had the best photo opportunities you will ever encounter. Look at the picture above, all I had to ask was, “May I take a picture of you guys?” and this happened. With a little editing after to insert the Toasty man, voila! Super nice guys, they even told me where I could find The Walking Dead’s Chandler Riggs, who plays Carl. He was just a short distance away, signing autographs and no where near his house.
Don’t miss it next year! $10 for this adventure is much better than spending it on a pizza and sitting in front of your television.

While acquiring a BA in Media Communications, I had the good fortune to take a few amazing Superhero and Comic Book courses. I also started a Zombie Awareness and Survival club, so students from diverse majors could survive the school year together. https://twitter.com/Geekurheartout
