Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft – Blackrock Mountain Adventure

Blizzard Entertainment

Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft has delivered once again with the release of the Blackrock Mountain expansion. Ever since its release barely over a year ago, Hearthstone boasts about 25 million game accounts and has won many awards, including mobile game of the year from GameSpot and the BAFTA Video Games Award for best multiplayer game.

Blackrock Mountain is the fiery second “adventure” zone that was released on April 2, 2015 and it is based on an instance zone of the same name in the popular MMO, World of Warcraft. Blackrock Mountain is a searing pit of fire and lava and is swarming with foes itching to set you ablaze! Thankfully, 31 new cards will be available to earn if players can beat the 17 powerful bosses of the blazing mountain as well as completing the class challenges and wings. Due to the scorching nature of the setting and the denizens that dwell within, many of the new cards have fire, dragon, or dwarf themes. The structure of this adventure is the same as the first, with wings that open each week after its release and each wing can be purchased individually with in-game gold or real money, or one can purchase the entirety of them and have them unlock automatically as the weeks progress. Also, a new sweltering game board has been added as well as several new card backs.

Blackrock Mountain brings additions to an already amazing game that players are welcoming with open arms. With the sizzling new cards and spells available, players will have a myriad of options to choose from in order to construct the deck of their dreams.
